Description
The National Communications Commission (NCC) is a government organization established by the Republic of China (Taiwan) to regulate and oversee telecommunication and broadcasting industries in the country. It was formed in 2006 with the passage of the Republic of China's Telecommunications Act, which aimed to modernize and liberalize the telecommunications industry in Taiwan.
The NCC is responsible for issuing and managing licenses for telecommunication and broadcasting services, as well as promoting fair competition and consumer protection in these industries.
